Not receiving emails via form

Hi! I just published my website, tried the forms...the "thank you page" comes up fine, but I never received the test email I sent. I've re-watched the tutorials, but can't figure out what I've done wrong. Thanks for any help!!

Your script seems correct, so i can only suppose that the mail is blocked by hotmail- Try creating an email address in your own domain and sending the form info to that address.
