Question about steaming video

I have several flash videos that I want to embed into my page. Is there a way to open a flash file in the page so it can start to play as it loads? I also would like to create links or a menu so they can choose from a list first. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Your Coffee Cup may be Steaming... Videos tend to be Streaming
