dont get it :(

hi,

i have several questions and messing around with it for several weeks now and its really doing my head in cuz i cant get it to work, read all kinds of topics about it, watched the tutorials over and over and followed it step by step and still it doesnt work.
for my 2nd mohaa clan i like to make a site and like to have www.aow-mohaa.com setted it up, putted a index page online with under construction but when i got to the link it says page cannot be displayed
it only shows under http://www.pmt-clan.com/aow-mohaa , i also installed a phpbb forum under that domain http://aow-mohaa.com/forum
but again it says page cannot be displayed, then i do http://www.pmt-clan.com/aow-mohaa/forum and the forum shows but then when i want to log in and to go to the admin panel i cant loggin and again is says page cannot be displayed,
really hope i can get some help on this cuz its so frustrating to see it not working

In order for the domain name aow-mohaa.com to work, you first have
to purchase it...You do not own it.
