You simply click on the upload image icon at the top of Blue Voda. Then click, All Files. Choose your Video from the list if thats where you have saved it, ie Blue Voda/ Images.

I find it easier loading Videos into You Tube, then embedding them in your website using a html box. They seem to load better. Also you have the added benefit of having you video on You Tube.
