How to Install forums on your website? (For Noob pls..!!)

Hello..Guys!!
Well basically , I want to install forms where whenever any of my website visitors wants to excess into my webpage , they need to subscribe first such as our own Vodahost forums...
Secondly I want those visitors whom already registered themselves, their application to automatically sent to my own email with a "thank you message" page
