iam create 3 e-mail in my cpanel but all of them in just only send e-mails but doesn't receved any e-mail
how can i solve this problem?

You created your email accounts wrong. Please watch the below tutorials...


1) Please do not say that you have already watched them.
2) make sure your POP & SMTP are both mail.yourdomain.com
3) You username is your email address.

yes sir i do every thing true and the mail work but stay doesn't receved any mail
my e-mail send only so that i creat it correct

did you create the email account in your control panel?
what is your customer ID#?

yes i created it in the cpanel
but i don't know what is the customer id#

i said more iam created my mail true yes every thing is true it send e-mails rigth
but does not receved
please don't explain how i can created mail because i do it true
for another time my mail send and never receved

i want to till you something
1- i own two domains on vodahost the first www.come4.com (http://www.come4.com) this domain all e-mails work very very good
2- the second domain www.inkatink.com (http://www.inkatink.com) i bought it at 5 jan 2006 but all e-mails on the second doesn't receved mails
so that all steps which i do in the first domain to creat e-mails is the same steps i do in the second
i think you understand me now iam not doing any wrong steps but may be something wrong

fine…we have over 500,000 pieces of email per day through our servers.

We went to western union to collect your payment and it was not their.
They said the payment ID did not exist. We do not want to discuss financial
matters in this forum. We have sent you an email. Please handle this matter
with our customer support help desk. NOT in this forum.
