J-peg logo not showing up in preview

Hi can anybody help? I've inserted my logo jpeg into my page as an image however when I preview the page it shows as a box with a "x" in the top corner. When working with net objects website builder I had to select "best j-peg" from a properties tab and then it showed up but I don't know what to do in this case.
