phpbb styles

Could someone please tell me how we upload new phpbb styles for my forums? The forums are the free phpbb ones that came with VodaHost and I'm not sure exactly how to do this... I have the style downloaded but I'm not sure what to do next exactly.

Upload the style(s) to your public_html/forum/templates directory. Then, log into your forum's admin panel, scroll down to Styles Admin, click Add and the rest is a snap.

The style is a folder... How do I upload the entire folder? I thought you could only upload single files?

Use Blue FTP. Open Blue Voda, go to Tools > FTP Manager, connect to the server and upload to your heart's content.
