Downloads after payment

Hi,

I've read the tutorials about downloads and it seems fairly easy. However, is it as simple to direct someone to PayPal, get the payment and then give them access to the download.

I'm in the process of putting my site together and I was expecting to find a tutorial that walked me through the download after purchase option. If there is one and I'm just being blind, could you guide me in the right direction?

There is no tutorial for that on the site. Its a rather complicated process if you don't have the experience, it requires some code to verify that the payment was made, and other features which aren't required but your customers would want.

I haven't heard much (or read any) about it, its worth taking a look at though.
