My questions:
1. my site has fixed menu bars - now, i want to create a seperate page/window, so that when people click on the domain name, the 1st page that appears is a accept/decline page. on this page, viewers are required to accept terms and conditions (where if they accept, they will link to the home page) and if they decline, they will link to google (for example). i will be using text menus - can you assist?
2. how do i create flash, prior to placing it on my site.
what do i use: bluevoda.
