How do I create and link pages?

Hi,
I would be happy if anyone could throw light on the following.
I have downloaded my first template and added material on it( Links, pictures and text) My problem here is how do I create another page that a link leads me to.
E.g When I click on the link 'Contact us', it gives me a page that says page not found meaning I have not created a page under that link that should normally be displayed.
As such, I can't add anything like text or pictures on this page which will appear to my visitors after the click on the link "Contact Us".
This is my first difficulty that will prvent me from using VodaHost.
Its really a cool site and would to get it.

A page must be published to be found on the "Net.
To create another page you can delete everything on your template that will not appear on your new contact page. Add all items to complete the contact page. File/Save As whatever you want to name this page (contact?)
Follow the same procedure for the next page.
You should carefully watch all of the tutorials. The Vidieo Tutorials can be accessed by clicking on the link on the bottom left hand side of the web builder interface.
