making a simulation game

i know u cant do it on voda, but does anyone hav any idea on how to make a simulation game on the internet. not an actual playing game, but like...a fantasy sports game or something like that. i know it'll take a lot of work, but does anyone know a site that can help??? ( i doubt anyone will, but...)

Please bare in mind that many of these games are devloped by software
houses with multimillion dollar budgets and dozens of enginers. Also They
take years to devlop and bring to market. I hate to disapoint you but I
dont think you will find much help on this topic in this forum. try searching
google for your keywords.
