FTP Manager?

Do my pictures need to be in FTP Manager for them to be uploaded into my site, when Published? If so, do I need to create a new folder inside my site folder, or will the standard "Images" folder work, even though it is outside my Main Folder?

Ok, So I don't need to put my images into the FTP manually?

No, the images will publish automatically. They will go to the folder in which you publish the page.
