preview issues

I am running in circles.

1.) How can I easily rest scrollbar settings for Page Properities back to default...everytime i preview i get a warning for active x or something popping up?

2.)How do i keep shapes from displaying that little icon for saving/email/open my docments when i preview my page?

1) every new page is auot reset to default

Answer to question 2:
The little icon for saving/email/open my documents is a feature of Microsoft Internet Explorer which is displayed for every picture on your webbpage. Is is not created by BlueVoda.

You can disable the Image Toolbar through the Internet Explorer settings:
Menu: Tools->Internet Options->Advanced->Enable Image Toolbar
