Nav buttons

Hello, I am using a button from BV and when I preview it, it shows as a fushia pink, so I read on this form here about changing it in paint, so I tried to do that and when I went to save it in my BV NaVbar folder it said that I donot have permission to save in this folder.
So How in the world do I fix this?

Save it in another location, then copy and paste what you have saved into the directory BV navbar folder on your computer ..
