Adding a flash animation

I made a flash menu bar on adobe flash and i was wondering if there was anyway i would be able to upload it to my site.

May you please tell me how i can upload the flash animation to my site.

Please review "How To Ask For Assistance" and then re-compose your post? For instance, it would be helpful to know if you are using Blue Voda (and which version) to create your website, which type of file your header is saved as, etc.
