Emptying stats

Is there a way I can empty stats but keep the stats for this month? I presume you need to empty every stats section.

You go to the database.. system tables.. and stats and clear the tables.. you can also download them.. empty the table then IMPORT this months stats back into it.

I tried this and could not find clear tables, please help, do I have to go to each stat and empty?
