Navigation Bar question

I am trying to get the navigation bar buttons to open the pages in the same window. I used Web Page Maker. My target edit choices to open pages are: (leave it blank), _parent, _self, _top, _blank. They all open the pages in a separate window. What am I missing? www.silverjewelryartist.com

BV cannot be properly used as it appears that this site is not hosted with Voda Host.
I would try the (leave it blank) option.
