Hi, I am looking for a security box to add to my form page to stop robots filling the form in and then end up with lots of spam. I have noticed on a few forms that you have to fill in the blurred letters or numbers to be able to submit, can anybody tell me where I might get the code for this.

What you are referring to is called CAPTCHA. There are many different ones you can find (a google search should turn up quite a lot of results), but you may want to try

Both of these are similar, the first link is to a system that generates an image, the second uses scanned texts from books which failed to be correctly read by automated programs. By using recaptcha you are helping to digitize these words. Also both sites give good documentation on how to add it to your site

Download ABVFP and the example form that comes with it, in BV format. Upload the file captcha.php and copy / pste, in your own form, the necessary part that creates the image. A 5 minutes proccess.
