  • submit form from OUR webmail address?

    Hi all,

We are trying to post a form to our Blue Voda website: jimandeileenwedding.com

Our computer does not have an email account set up in Outlook (we both just use webmail).

So when we try to submit the form to test if it works we get a whole series of prompts about setting up email preferences on our computer.

How do we program our form so that the form is submitted FROM OUR email address (either from the BV domain or our Google gmail account) so that none of our webmail-using guests have to experience this problem???

Thanks so much for any advice you can give us!

How are you processing the form ? If you have used the "mailto" option as form action, this is inevitable. Use the Built in Form Processor. Watch the How to create a form using the Form Wizard tutorial, and READ the text under the video.

And, possibly, provide a link to the form page.

ok, thank you, we have our form up and running. but we can't seem to figure out how to get a thank you page to show up when you press submit. part of the problem is that we're not very savvy about all of this, and we can't (despite watching many tutorials) figure out how to link another page to our webpage. that is, we created a "thank you" page, published it (though i can't find it, so i don't even know that i did that correctly), and thought that we could link them together, but the icon to link the pages is greyed out. could you please help?

      thank you.
