Structure of Site

[Confused in Dublin]

I need some assistance on the following Domain Name www.dksolutions.info when I go to this address all I can see is a list of my files. Should these be visable?? or should they be in a file or directory elsewhere. If they should be elsewhere can anyone tell me where.
Can I publish my home page (Index Page) as my domain name ??
