purchasing domain name...

I already have an account with vodahost and one web site.
I'm building an other one and I want to buy a domain name for it.
I went To Vodahost domain.
Does Vodahost consider me as a new customer or do I have to be registered?
What do I will have to do next (after purchasing the new domain name ) in order to publish my new web site.
For this new web site will vodahost will submit it to Search engine.
If yes wil you submit it to French and European SE.

VodaHostDomains.com is an entirly seperate service than VodaHost.com,
You will need to create a new account with them. While we do submit a
few non English search engines...Overall we specalize in the English speaking
ones.
