Meta tags - Keywords v. description

Could someone please tell me if I should have the keywords meta tag above or below the description meta tag? Or does it not matter which way around?

If you are using bv.. its prebuilt in there so you dont have to choose which comes first. Right click Page properties.

I dont think it matters anymore which is first.. I believe keywords traditionally came first followed by description.. but I dont even use keywords anymore.. and just fill in the description.
