Error 550

I am trying to publish a second websiteI have checked my name servers, and they are correctly pointed to my AP count. Every time I try to publish. I get the following message:

Error: 550 can't change the directory to public_html/yourchildshield: no such directory or file exists.

What is going on here? And how can I fix it?

I recently had the same problem when i went to publish a addon and I was publishing the same site all day. What I did was delete the public_html and then retyped it in . then eveything was fine and published or what I can see from you you left off the .com hope this helps.

I tried that Colonel but it didn't work. I'll open a ticket and get to the bottom of this. I'll pass the solution on to everyone.

Try changing that to public_html/yourchildshield/

See if that works. Looks like you left that off the end there..
