I'm trying to construct a site where I can give away some e books and at the same time capture info to build a list. Foe example, ne of my e books is about stopping foreclosue. I built a page with a contact form that when the click on "submit" will take them to a success page with a link to down load their free e book. Here are my questions:
1. does every page with a form need to be a php? I have seen people write that a form needs be be linked as a php and not html
2. I'm writing my text link to the pdf e book like this:
http://www.yourfairdeal.com/stopforeclosu******.pdf which does not work at all. I have the books in my public html folder. Why isn't this link working.

Thanks

if the .pdf file is in your p/f
then check your link.............

and yes, forms usually contain php and should be saved with that extension.
