Uploaded files folder

I see from a previous post that when a file is uploaded from a page with a form on it, the file ios saved in the "uploads" folder...could someone tell me where this folder is? I can't find it anywhere.

Also, when I get the details from the form in my e-mails, I get all the values of the fields, but no value of, or link to, the uploaded file.

I'd appreciate some advice here.

I dont believe it goes to a folder on a server. That is just where bv backs it up. Can you post a link to the page with the issue?
