I have a few questions:

If I go with you guys can I add a blog to my site and have you got a place where I can learn how to do this? Is it separate from my site?

Is there a place where I can learn to configure my outlook express to receive mail from my vodahost site?

I have dial up and the video tutorials 'freeze'. So I get as far as seeing how to place a template, but not how to resize it. Is there a way of accessing the help other than via the dial up?

Do you have 24/7 help for UK users?
