  • Bullet points changing in Firefox

    Hi

Does anyone know how to prevent your BV bullet points changing to Roman letters when viewed in Firefox?

    This is what I mean:

Viewed in Internet explorer - circle bullet points
Viewed in Firefox - Roman letters

Thanks to anyone who can throw some light!

This can happen across browsers. You could try using a tiny image under the bullet style menu in the properties area. If you want letters or numbers you can make some BV text & publish as a giff & use these images of letters.

      Thanks Chris

I did make my own bullet points when I first noticed this happened cross-browser - but it was adding to the KB load on the homepage - I may be adding more elements later on and want to keep it under 100KB

It's a pain that it changes but guess it's just one of those things.
      Many thanks

Hi, if you add an image this small it will only be about 2 or 3 kb. If you for argument sake used a BV number "0" & converted to a giff, its only 1kb using BV, & i think the way the bullets work, you can have 100 bullets but still only have a page weight for this image as 1kb as its just a repeat of the same image.

        Good luck.
        Regards Chris.
