Want to add a bouncing ball to my page

I am attempting to build my first ever site, and battling along on my own, not really knowing what I'm doing! I would like to add a bouncing football - that would bounce along the top bar of a standard template. Is there any way of doing this?

yes through picture animation. you can learn a great deal about animation for free with this program;
www.getpaint.net
they have some great tutorials and i know they have one for animation. you can also google for animation, but i would start there.
