add flash

Hello,
I'm new to website building.
My website is going well, except for few things.

I'd like to add the following, but really do not know how:

1. Flash Intro. I'd like the website to open with the flash intro.

2. This flash intro is downloaded from a free website, it is totally
allowed to be used in personal needs, but the point is that I need to
change the text in this flash (and a few images if possible).
I was recommended to try Macromedia Flash to edit the file.. I failed
:) I know people study this for years, maybe there is anybody to guide me?

3. After intro is finished, I'd like to make a link "Enter site". On
the first page I also would like to add a small flash effect on the
top of the site (also downloaded), however, I do not know how to apply it and how to change flash either.

Maybe was not zealous enough :)
