My user ID is 4469, I'm having trouble when I try to publish my site. I keep getting the 12031 error. I did some reading and reset my regedit to 120. I was able to publish once before I reset and haven't been able too since. I also go through a router (belkin) my connection is good.

A 12031 error means that the connection to the server was reset.
If you are using a wireless adapter, the adapter may have lost its
association with the access point. If you are using a modem, the
network coverage was lost. Keep trying to up/load files.

You also may want to try the below work around for connection
time outs:

1. In windows go to Start, select run and type: Regedit
2. Find this key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\BlueVoda 7\BlueVoda 7\Publish\
3. Add a new DWORD value with the name ConnectionTimeout
4. Enter the value in seconds for example 360 (default is 30)

I'm still getting the 12031 error have not been able to publish some help would be nice thanks.

Something on your ending is blocking you, this is not a BlueVoda issue.
This is a "Your Computer" issue. Please go through the entire list. Make
sure all your fireawalls accept BlueVoda.

Try publishing a simple empty page with the word "test" written on it.

I have the same problem and believe that something is blocking it on my computer as my norton antivirus disables all the time, even though I enable it again and again.

I don't know what to do anymore and feel like giving up on the whole thing.

What kind of program could it be. What name would it have? Everything was fine until I registered another website with you and you gave me the same IP as my other website. Now both sites don't work.
