To access to my email have I always to do it through the control panel? I heard there is the option to do so directly through the website.
I want also offer email and web hosting but I donīt know how? Anyone could help me.

No. I am not sure how to do it through the website, only through cpanel whilst on net.

However, you can set it up in (for example) Outlook on your PC. That is how I have it set up, and it comes through as normal with all my other email addresses when I open it.

All the details you need are in email on cpanel if you wish to set it up.
