Upload JW player to BV

Hey there,
I'd love to use jw player to play my videos on my website. Does anyone have experience with jw player. I'm reading all the instructions, but I'm stuck with the setup. Appreciate all the help,

not sure, but i dont think you can import a FLV file in Blue Voda through the standard tools. i know we can import Swf, wmv and quick time files. would think that you could with a special script?
interested in knowing if there is a way.
