You need to remove them from your server either through your control panel or with your FTP manager in your BV tool.
BV > Tools > FTP Manager.
But be careful, don't delete anything you are unsure of, just the pages you want removing.Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.
