Adding hyperlinks to text widget

I'm somewhat surprised that no one has asked about "Adding hyperlinks to text widgets" yet. I looked around this forum and couldn't see one thread on it. So here goes:

I created a little text widget for Twitter and simply pasted in the code for the little bird design.

Great. Perfect. The thing displays as advertised.

Just one problem. How do you link the darn thing to your Twitter page?

Any help with this is, as usual, much appreciated.

(That's what I love about this forum. Someone always has an answer.)

One way you can set up a link... Place a transparent shape over the widget and use the shape as your link...Hope That helps

This is wordpress .. not bv.

David.. there should be info on the twitter page to link or add this WIDGET there.

Thanks guys.
I looked around and found a cool new plugin that makes the liking of widgets
really child's play.
It's called the "simple image link" plugin
I downloaded it and MAN it does the job nicely!
