adding a video

My domain name is www.thelifeofrriley.com. I am trying to add a video to my website. Everything seems to go well until I publish it. Then, it times out without completing the upload. What could be wrong? Is maybe my file too large? The video is only appx. 2 minutes long. Thanks.

go to tools, select options, select publish, increase the time out from 120 to 400 and see if that works.
