I am working on changing my website and I am wanting to add RSS feeds, but I do not know how to do that.

Can anyone help me with this, a step-by-step way to do this?

What I really am looking to do is add a rss feed from articles sites. Not sure i this is possible. I was looking at http://www.goarticles.com/

and I see that they have content feeds and rss feeds, not sure how to do this.

Is this possible?
