form submit button links

Hi,
when I have tried out my form submit button on www.grimebusters.biz a screen would come up immediatley after saying web page cannot be found. Though I was receiving emails. I have tried to put in another page to be redirected to, but now dont get emails. Is there a way for me to have both, thanks Pete.

Looks like your form is not set up on your page properly. all elements for the form must set on the form properties table. you put your success which you have published in the properties.

Sounds like you did not make your success and failure pages. When you click submit it should go to a success page (or failure if there is a problem) and if you don't have them it will give the 404 error. Create themand publish them (note the default names for the pages are; success and failure. So unless you change them in the form properties you should save them as such).
