Really down to which you feel comfortable with. Most seem to prefer the ABVFP. A bonus which is standard with the FMP, is that comes with a database as standard which i believe has to be added to ABVFP. But 2 things with FMP that is a pain, is the "Browes & upload file" is switch off due to a security risk. (Not sure if this still applies). And when you make the form, you have to download it from your server, to upload it back to the same server? (Dont ask!) lol.
