Can I use f4v flash file

Hi. I have had my wmv video converted to f4v. I have used the flash player and published but all it shows is a white box.

The purpose of using flash was to reduce the file size. Original size was 46mb and the flash is now 11mb. The wmv file tyook ages to load.

When you published or.. republished did you make sure to tick ALL files?

Hi. Yes ticked.

What I think it is , is that you can not use f4v files. But I need somone to confirm this

you are best to make the file swf if you are using flash. there are many convertors out there to convert from wmv to swf - just google them. i have some software tht converts very nicely - doesnt lose a lot of quality and plays immediately. if you cannot find the software you like just contact me through my website. be happy to convert for you
