Just google hit counters, find one you like and follow the instructions.

Stat counter is a good choice as you can choose invisible mode -meaning the hit counter is not visible on your website (a good choice)


However, if you log into your control panel and choose aw stats you will find your stats are already kept track of ... and you can view when you like right in your own control panel.
