pre-made templates, buttons etc.

are there any pre-made templates with all the buttons, tabs etc. where one can just re-name it to whatever they want?

its kinda time consuming to make it all from scratch, especially when you're simply doing this as a hobby.



If this doesn't exist, is there like a step by step tutorial in making a standard/typical website?

yeah I saw those templates, but I was hoping that there would be some where I could simply replace the titles, button lables with what I want.
