Can I edit purchased templates

Hi. If I purchase a vodahost template, can I edit it in website builder?
Only ask as when I click on more details on a particular template it states you need dreamweaver etc.
Do not want to purchase and then find out I can not edit it

Hi blue voda is a website builder, not an editor .. that said, you can create a template in blue voda designed with shapes, etc.,

if it says dreamweaver, you will need this to edit ...
