things don't line up the same way

When I put things on a page and publish it, things don't look the same. Not the same amount of space between things as on Bluevoda.
I have to overlap somethings just to put space in between things!

What is going on?

Yes unfortunately tis the way of web building. Different browsers display things differently, that is why it is a good idea to look at your page in several different browsers and try to find a happy middle ground.
