Audio automatically beginning in Firefox

I have audio on several pages of http://drmikemiller.com. When opened with IE, the audio does not come on automatically, which is how I entered it no check for autostart), However, it DOES come on automatically in Firefox. Have not tried other browsers, which seems like something that I should do in near future.

Anyone know how I can fix it with Firefox? The two pages with audio are http://drmikemiller.com and http://drmikemiller.com/media.html
