Maybe I'll change my name Mad Dog or something but for now here is my first ever web site created to support my wife's book and other friends and neighbors who are now published. Also to have some fun.

Please go to http://www.peacoatpress.com and let me know if it works

Of those that have tried it: one has a slight overlapping of text, one retains an old type face in some sections but gets the revised information and spelling corrections right away.

Be nice - have a good day

Hi - as Jay says, what you have looks good but in order to attract and keep more potential visitors you may want to think about adding a little more content in the form of additional pages. Like your background. Keep up the good work.

        Re: Dave

Thanks for that input. It was designed as a one trick pony to sell my wife's newest book but then added another to support a recently published friend. Now I hear that page two/three will be for several writers from her college, her Canadian and American writers groups etc., etc. She doesn't pay me enough - poets are tough.

This is silly but - after I get two or three pages - are they "connected" to the lead page by a link button or what? What is the easiest way to go from and back to a page?

        Thanks again.

You could create a menu bar with links to the pages but that won't work if you get to the point of having 20 or 30 pages, each one dedicated to a separate issue (Writer). Consider making a memu bar for your general pages, then having a page with all writers/publications in a sitemap type look (see: http://www.navaldesign.info/sitemap.html ) to guide your visitors through your site
