how to stop autostart on video

Hello
Does anyone know how I can stop my video on my website from automatically starting as soon as the page comes up?
I would like the viewer to be able to press play when they want the
video to start. I have used a windows media player.

Right click on the properties or open your html box..and change the loop to false.
