What you need to use is called an image map. I don't know if bluevoda has this functionality built in, you may have to write the html and insert it after the image's html (or anywhere within the body tag).

Here's a link to some reference material.
W3Schools offers free online tutorials, references and exercises in all the major languages of the web. Covering popular subjects like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, SQL, Java, and many, many more.

Here's some info if you have to add it manually, if BV has this functionality, use BV for it.

In that example the first two lines will be generated when you insert the image, you will need to set the "name" attribute for the image however.

The part you would have to add is the last four lines of the example, after the html of the image. You need to customize the numbers which are coordinates of the image where if clicked will link to another page. You can define a rectangle, circle, or polygon. Rectagles are defined by two coordinates, the top left corner and the bottom right. The circle is defined by one coordinate, the center of the circle, and a radius. Polygons consist of however many coordinate points you want
