Traffic, Traffic, Traffic.....

How do I bring in Customers to my website with SEO?? With vodahost do they help us with the traffic to our website? Are we suppose to have keywords in the Metatags in order to generate the traffic? Please Advise..

You dont have to worry about keyword tags. However.. you need to read some of the stickies on the basics of SEO.
