Googel Apps/Email

hi,
I hope I'm in the right place?
I've been having problems trying to figure out how to setup the whole "contact us" thing with Email, Cpanel et al then I saw the tip about Google Apps & found the way to get the free standard edition. so far so good....now they need "site verification" by either a) uploading a html page or b) a CNAME
Sorry, but I don't have a clue about how to do either.....HELP! Please....

If you put in a support ticket they will assist you with setting your mail to forward to the google apps.
